Automatic Efficiency Z Shape Purlin Roll Forming Machine is the special equipment for continuous rolling and cold-forming on steel sheet. It adopts coiling steel sheet as the raw material, decoiling, continuous rolling and cold-forming, automatically cut to the size and specification which is required, and output the finished panels. The equipment adopts PLC control, AC frequency and adjusting the speed technology, and it realizes the continuous automatically production, therefore, it is really a new type of energy-saving and high-effective producing equipment for steel structure.

Working Process
Coiler loading → feeding-in with guiding (metal sheet is guided into the first forming station) → straighten → rolling & forming → hydraulic cutting → stacker running out

Material of main equipment:
Roller material: high grade NO.45 forged steel, plated hard chrome on the surface of roller with thickness 0.05mm.
Active shaft material: high grade NO.45 carbon wrought steel at diameter 72mm.
Cutting blade: Cr12 mould steel with quenched treatment.
